Summary DPA for CIHECO enterprise customers, operated by Devora Tech LLC. The signed order confirmation prevails where terms differ.
Version 1.0 — July 2026 — Devora Tech LLC
For purposes of the GDPR and similar laws, the partner (or the partner's end customer) acts as the data controller and Devora Tech LLC acts as the data processor when processing personal data through the CIHECO platform on the partner's instructions.
Subject matter: provision of the CIHECO white-label AI platform. Duration: the term of the applicable order plus the retention window in our Privacy Policy. Nature and purpose: hosting, inference and analytics over conversations and documents the partner submits. Categories of data: contact data and conversation content, which may include personal data at the controller's discretion.
Partner authorizes the following categories of subprocessors: cloud infrastructure providers, third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) used for inference, and payment processors. A current named list is available on request; partners are notified of additions at least 14 days in advance and may object on reasonable grounds.
Devora Tech LLC implements the technical and organizational measures described on our Security page, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, access control with MFA, and audit logging.
Devora Tech LLC assists the controller in responding to data subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability) to the extent legally required, via [email protected].
Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards apply. Upon termination, partner data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
