1. Information We Collect

• Account and contact data: name, company, email address and phone number provided when you engage a pilot or contact us.
• Usage data: conversation volumes, token consumption and feature usage within your workspace, used for billing and the usage console.
• Content you process: messages and documents your workspace sends to AI agents, processed solely to provide the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the platform, activate and bill engagements, deliver API keys and console access, provide support, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use partner data to train AI models.

3. AI Model Providers

To serve requests, we route work to third-party model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta). These providers process conversation content under their own enterprise data-protection terms solely to generate a response for your workspace. Model names are never exposed to your end customers unless you choose to disclose them.

4. Cookies

Our website uses minimal functional storage (such as remembering your theme preference) in your browser. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with: model providers as described above, payment processors for billing, and infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data Retention & Security

Conversation transcripts and knowledge-base documents are retained while your engagement is active and for 30 days after termination, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). See our Security page for details.

7. DPA & Your Rights

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for enterprise customers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify partners of material changes by email and through the console at least 14 days before they take effect.
