1. Acceptance

By purchasing a plan or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. The Service

Devora Tech LLC provides white-label AI tools — conversational agents, workflow automation and analytics — plus a developer API and usage console, under monthly subscription plans. Specific quotas and features per plan are stated in your order confirmation.

3. API Keys & Workspace Access

Access is provided via API keys and workspace credentials delivered by email. You are responsible for safeguarding them; activity under your keys is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if a key is compromised — we will rotate it at no charge.

4. White-Label License

You may brand the tools with your name and offer them to your end customers. You may not resell raw platform access as a competing white-label offering, remove our ownership of the underlying platform, or exceed your plan's quotas.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful content, harassment, malware distribution, spam generation, or to build products that violate third-party model providers' usage policies. We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

6. Fees & Billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are stated on the Shop page and in your order confirmation. Refunds follow our Refund And Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, models integrations and documentation, is and remains the property of Devora Tech LLC and its licensors. You retain all rights to your own content and to your brand.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed where accuracy matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
